Oxidative stress (OS) is one of the pathogenic factors in the pathogenesis of various neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer's disease (AD) and cognitive dysfunction. Scientists Eun-Sook Jeong et al., inhaled hydrogen by trimethyl-tin (TMT) -induced C57BL/6 neurotoxicity and cognitive dysfunction in mice. It was concluded that TMT-treated mice with 2% H2 gas inhalation showed memory-enhancing activity and decreased AD, OS, and inflammatory markers. Therefore, H 2 May be a candidate for repairing neurodegenerative diseases associated with cognitive dysfunction.
